WESTERVILLE, OH – On February 28, 2025, Pioneer Energy Management acquired the Seattle-based utility submetering company, Submeter Solutions.
Submeter Solutions was founded in 2001 and offers electric, water and gas submetering, system configuration and installation, meter equipment sales, and billing services to its customers.
With this acquisition, Pioneer Energy Management increases its presence from 11 to 33 states nationwide, as well as significantly expands its product offerings for utility equipment sales. The two companies’ combined will now be responsible for the reading and billing of nearly 90,000 meters every month.
